I have tested this solution on 6 handsets so far & it works 100% with no comebacks so far.
1st remove the component as shown in pic. Then lightly rehot the flash & cpu but not directly, rehot from the keypad side for a short period of time. Full flash the handset & write eeprom. Problem solved
