Some are charging problem nokia 1616 to charge broken line.Now Showing how I understand the problem of the burden of the load line and how to fix broken it.You can fix this problem very easily by following the below image and red tips . 
Advice on this solution : the first bolt load control then put the pin drop in the socket.Then read the load voltage with voltage multimeter.if look good, but still the problem then check the red parts border there is a fuse, a coil , a condenser and a glass diode if a problem either , but just check the line then pink . If you see this line is interrupted, simply make this bridge.
